Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
Lt. Ramnath Verma Govt. College, Mopka-Nipania, Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are organized periodically to foster effective communication and collaboration between parents, teachers, and students. These meetings serve as an important platform to discuss students’ academic performance, attendance, discipline, participation in co-curricular activities, and overall progress.
During PTMs, faculty members provide constructive feedback on students’ achievements and areas for improvement, while parents are encouraged to share their observations, concerns, and suggestions. Such interactions help in identifying challenges faced by students and developing appropriate strategies for their academic and personal growth.
The college recognizes that parental involvement is essential for the holistic development of students. Therefore, PTMs are conducted with the objective of strengthening the partnership between the institution and families, ensuring a supportive and nurturing educational environment.
Through regular Parent–Teacher Meetings, the college promotes transparency, mutual understanding, and shared responsibility in guiding students toward academic excellence, character development, and responsible citizenship. These meetings contribute significantly to the overall quality of education and student success at the institution.
