The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted in the college in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, under the guidelines of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. The Committee is dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure, and respectful workplace for women employees.
The ICC provides a formal mechanism for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment and workplace misconduct. It ensures that all complaints are handled with fairness, sensitivity, confidentiality, and impartiality.
